What is traveline cymru? traveline cymru provides timetable and journey planning information about all public transport services - local buses and coach services in Wales, ferries and planes going in and out of Wales, and National Rail and National Express information for the whole of the UK. National call rates charges apply - so a typical call lasting 2 minutes might cost between 5p off-peak to 16p at peak times, depending on the telephone service used. The number can also be dialled from most Countries abroad, +44 870 608 2 608. The service is available in Wales between 7am and 10pm every day (except 25 and 26 December and 1st January) Please note that calls may be recorded for training and analysis purposes. Is traveline cymru always the best service to use ? We recommend anyone who wants information just about train services to use the National Rail Enquiry Service (NRES) on 08457 48 49 50 (minicom : 0845 60 50 600) because they have details of fares and up-to-the-minute details of any service changes. If you want to call the South East Wales call centre key-in 51 as soon as you hear the greeting message start. For South West Wales key-in 52, North and Mid Wales use 53 or key-in 54 if you wish to conduct your enquiry in Welsh.
